Hello, Today i recieve an email, and i dont think its from Paypal Whooo! As i observe paypal uses @paypal.com when contacted you when emailed you. and now. I recieved and suspicious email from them and i am not sure if it is them! This is the email adress of the sender. Is it really the paypal address? do you get any email from paypal with this mail?? And this is the letter I am not so sure because its my first time i get recieved this email. That is why im asking if it is really a paypal. Regards,
I think that is from PP..I have received same email..they just want to survey for Customer Satisfaction
I get one every time I contact them, it only asks you questions about the service quality. Not any personal questions such as your name or your login information. It always happens right after I contact them so no scammer could pull off that great of a hoax.
Customer satisfaction e-mail, its authentic. Either way to be safe, just ignore it and never reply to paypal mail.
When your name is used in an email (paypal) then it's real email because phisers can't know your real name (unless they are your friends)
I think altough it is survey purposes only I would not do follow the link that they give me,I will avoid anything that connected to paypal not from the paypal source ,I love to make m paypal secure and not for, public visibility thats why I dont think I really need to follow the survey at this time
These folks are phishers! If you click on the link, while you're reading the website, they'll be sucking up info off your hard drive. I get this from time to time, and I have *NOT* called PayPal on the date in the message.
I also received this mail but that was legit, Just make sure never enter your username and password in such type of Sites. If there is something like login close that tab as 99.99 % it would be a Phisher page
Although, it doesn't look like a fake mail (I too get this mail after any conversation with paypal team), Paypal should stop practicing such things. For surveys or any such thing, why they just don't use their own site and it's email for sending such invitations? Or could be this that some spammers/scammers have access to the paypal's internal database and they are able to extract our real name and correspondence with paypal, then sending out such mails? Do you remember how hackers had accessed in paypal and inserted "Penis Enlargement" links in their website? If they can do that, they can also do this!
BEWARE! I received similar emails and they are not from PayPal. I forwarded them to spoof (atsign) paypal.com and real paypal team responded: .........................................................................................................................
