paypal opening ...help!

    Hello guys
    I have a paypal problem i would really appreciate the help of users here . i would like to open a verified paypal account but i don't stay in an accepted country , i here this can be done using a VPN ..is this true and if it is , can any one suggest/ recommend a VPN i could use .

    I don't think you can use paypal.they will limit your account

    If you are not staying in a Paypal accepted country, guess you won't be able to use Paypal. If there is, would surely like to know how.

    Try using ProXpn, it'll give you a American IP and it's totally safe.

    most of the vpns on internet are black listed on paypal. it might limit the account
