Paypal now wants me to PROVE that i own materials i am selling : now paypal limited

    now paypal has started asking for bills for the materials that we sell. ( and btw, it's wallpapers, how do i get invoice of wallpapers?)

    i think the time has come when we start switching to other payment processors, like moneybookers.

    buyer has NOT disputed the transaction, it is the paypal only.

    looks like i am destined to lose a few hundred dollars in paypal.

    anyone has any ideas / suggestions - please help.

    amount is about 400$ , looks like i am going to lose that amount!!

    just let them know that you earn via selling license of your creative work online to overseas client and it doesn't need any recipt and wouldn't comes under goods option.you just provide web related service...and upload the scan copy of PAN card as recipt...that was i do and my account is restored.

    you guys should ask your clients not to pay as goods but as services i am sure ur clients are paying u as goods..

    ok, but what do i do of the transactions that are ALREADY done.

    the person has already written in comments ( the payment that he sent me via paypal) for 20 gb wallpapers)

    how do i prove that i " own" the wallpapers, when those are just collected from internet.

    Whether your PP account is Personal or Premier account? It seems all Personal accounts are facing these problems..This is going to be another problem :(
