    An ancient thread has been bounced back :)

    PayPal offers a seller protection policy for business accounts. So if you accept payments from web sites its always advisable to use a verified business account.

    I don't think soon paypal will be available in all the countries. PayPal likes to spread their service all around, but these countries financial regulations place barriers to the paypals arrival.
