    Thanks friends for such a nice information but still my paypal is not verified some on had asked me to pay him to give me vcc but im not ready to give him any money for vcc don't need that i will take not credit card hope it will verify my paypal soon ....

    What about the Debit Cards which are Verified by Visa?

    & one more Q
    Knowing that Matercard Netsafe cards are temporary & say will verify the Paypal. But, when some WebHost will try to charge Paypal then Paypal will charge the card on file. Now what? the card on file is already expired & has limited money in it.....
