There are lots of people on DP who can accept payments on your behalf - give them some commission and you will be on safe side .

They will accept your payment & then they can transfer you payment by any method like western union , bank transfer or any other .

If you will make a paypal account using your relatives info then it's a good idea but you will have to face lots of problem like if your relative is out of town and can't process your payment , in this case you may get your sale effected . If you will try to open your relative's account from pakistan then account will be simply limited and you have to file a case . Everytime you will open an account from PK IP , you will get some problem .

So, I would suggest you to get some person who can accept payment on your behalf & you will be on safe side (You should have good reputation to catch this option , otherwise no one will trust you ).

If you want a full authority on your account then the best option is to sign up for MoneyBookers account .

You can also use third party network to boost up your sale & these networks are PK supported (Plimus , 2CO)

    Hope this will help !

    Regards,
    MB

Officially speaking, using your friend's or relative's account to have them collect money on your behalf is actually prohibited so if you plan to use this method, make sure that your account is clean and you do not get any disputes or give Paypal any reasons to check on your account.

    See https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/use/index_frame-outside

In this case, you are the 'merchant' and your friend is the 'payment processors'.

Of course it is. However, like I said, it is a very dangerous line and probably hard for paypal to prove if you do keep your activities clean and do not get any complains from your customers. Customers would get wary if you ask them to pay someone else other than yourself.

Back to your question, yes of course, that is what the Acceptable Usage Policy state. Basically, it is prohibited for someone to collect the money on your behalf and send it to you thus making them the payment processor and you as the merchant. In short, you can only sell things which you own and not on someone's behalf.

Besides, I have seen a lot of thread over the years in here where such activities worked well for a while then friends and relatives relationships turn ugly where the one receiving the money would no longer remit the funds to the other party. Of course, the other party would have totally no legal claim to the funds anyways. On the other hand, I have seen people who let their account being used and the other party engage in fraud and all that and got the paypal account limited.

In the end, this type of relationship would normally turn sour. Money can turn friends to bitter enemies.

You could sign up with 2checkout.com or plimus.com which are 3rd party payment processors, they would accept paypal on your behalf. They can do what they do because they are licensed and authorized by Paypal to do so with their blessings. Besides such companies actually 'buy' your products and sell them to your customers then pay you the difference after cutting their fees. It is like putting your goods in the store on consignment and the store sells them for you and pays you the difference.

hi eddy2099, thanks for clearing that point. I was also thinking the other way :D. So as recommended we should use Moneybooker. 2CO is also good option.
