If Paypal is not available in your countries, they might be a reason, yet you are trying to bypass their rules and moan about not getting paid or banned or even because they do their best to avoid people who are bypassing their rules... nothing but logic, I understand your point, it's not easy when you don't have access to Paypal but to be honest when I see people from some countries, killing prices for poor jobs, not only some other "real" freelancers" are loosing job but also cash for wanabee designers or coder or whatever they pretend to be.

I know people have no trouble with paypal, but many people are using the Paypal with payoneer to payout international anywhere from ATM using Payoneer Debit card the payment they receive in paypal. So here the problem is that recently paypal stop supporting the payoneer bank accounts to be add into paypal to withdraw money, so people who were using payoneer card instead of paypal card to payout from banks having trouble now!

That is seriously odd. I just received my funds from Paypal to Payoneer a few minutes ago. I have my Bank of America account linked to Paypal, and I simply opted for Withdraw option on Paypal yesterday.

Probably added my account before they changed their policy. May also be country/region related. It obviously still works for old accounts.

PayPal have indeed removed an option to attach a virtual account (including Payoneer). It's over and we can do nothing about that. Now you can either use resellers or a longer chain (e.g. PayPal - 2checkout - Payoneer). In both cases you lose more money.
