Paypal Negative Money.

    So I have recently been put into the negatives because some person that bought from me has started a refund against me saying they never got what they received. So what will happen if I don't pay it back?

    Paypal will refund it automatically after several days as per their TOS. So contact the buyer first whether he received the item or not. If not received, send the item again (if it is digital). Otherwise issue refund.
