    What will happend if I don't pay PayPal 30$ negative balance, if I don't pay 30$ could I get introuble by the law ? And can they take me to court

    If I borrowed $30 from you and never paid it back, never returned your calls would you think badly of me?

    Yes they can take you to court, and add court costs and admin fees and god knows what else until the sum you owe makes that $30 look like loose change.

    Will they?

    Who knows.
    All you need is for some algorithm to match you with some other business you are doing and suddenly you're in the spotlight.
    Or a new debt recovery manager comes on board wanting to make a name for him/herself and suddenly you're in the spotlight.
    Or some algorithm that says $30 isn't worth the bother

    however Getty Images pursue people doggedly for amounts not much greater, I wouldn't rely on the $30 to go unnoticed.

    FWIW $30 doesn't even buy a meal out, why not just pay it back and have a clear conscience.
