hi some days ago i sold a digital item for about $500 but now the buyer opened a fake dispute and won it.. i spent all the money to buy things in many places for sure now my balance is negative and showed with RED color i verified my paypal with VCC about 1 year ago and never faced these kind of problems.. what will happen next if i dont pay the negative balance? please help me
It'll remain in negative balance until you funded it or someone send you money to your paypal account. You need to make it positive. DON.
If the amount is large, like in hundreds, then I feel that Paypal might try to contact you to compensate the amount which Paypal had to pay to the other person instead. That means you've got to fill in the red space with some GREEN
It is really a tricky situation since OP has verified this account using VCC and not a real CC. Just wondering, how will Paypal be able to collect the money if the account holder just decides to walk away from the account and hereafter, completely disowns it? Regards, RightMan
When the Account has a negative balance, I think and I'm 90% sure that one can't close his/her account.
Well, i have heard that paypal only collects money if its from US paypal account ! and if its big amount ! $500 is not a big amount for paypal ! And if you are outside US then i think there won't be any problem. As i have seen people leaving their accounts with more than $2000 negative in them. Good luck
PayPal may go after you using legal action, depending on the amount. They could forward your account to collections.
paypal wouldn't take any legal action unless the amount is more than $100.00 untill then you can't use your account
If it's not too high, nothing will happy but you can't spend anymore money via paypal unless you add money into your account.
If its not having your real details, then just walk away from it, change ur paypal address at advertising companies and stuff...and in ur old one, if u hav ur real address and phone number, just change them... bcz once u recieve money, it will automatically be taken from u,... cuz the amout is big $500
wow that truly sucks jccj. That type of thing happened to me, except it wasn't a customer issue. They took almost $300, about two months later, as they said the bank account was not correct on customers end. I actually had the money in their at the time, so they swiped the money. Are you using your correct personal information on your account?
it will remain negative because you verify your account using vcc because if you use a credit card legally then you can get the negative balance
you better stay away from that site now ,and open new account,it is like you now have a debt to paypal that means for all money that you receive it will be paid to pay that bill.imagine that
