Since the validity of your CC is expiring this month, you are probably on a safe ground. I guess... they will just pester you with reminder e-mails for few months! Regards, RightMan
false statement - once you provide paypal with your info - If you owe them money, they have the right to recover. no different then you paying your bills online, once you give your payment info out, then they can bill you. Why do you think they require a checking out, just so they can stand around waiting? at some point his checking account or cc will be billed to bring the account up-to-date, and if that does not work, they may suspend his account, and send him to collections. and the reason he got rejected in just a few min is because paypal does not cover services. That was an instant loss, case closed, paypal will not care anything futher on this matter. You lost the dispute, paypal has every right to collect the debt now. at this point paypal has considered the case closed, it is up to you to collect from the other party, and low chance of that since the other party may have scammed you...
Absolutely correct. They will attempt to collect on any attached financial. If they account remains negative, your account will become permanently limited, and can cloud your status with PayPal indefinitely if not resolved.
no none of that is true.. it goes under the data protection act.. otherwise we would all be able to do that.. i did soem reserach into this a few weeks ago when i got scammed for £170.. me or both our banks were not allowed to authorize the money to go back into my account as they were legally not allowed via the data protection act.. Its the same in this aspect effectivly YOU owe paypal money (same way the guy owed me) paypal know full well all they have to do is click buttons and take money back.. but are not legally allowed to do it they shouldnt be Unless (now i haveent looked into this) unless when you intially sign up for paypal the is a rule that you agree to that states that you will allow them to
They could probably send bailiffs, actually no. It will cost them much more than this just to get bailiffs to your house, it's not worth their trouble. If you just ignore everything I'm sure you'll be fine.
again i dont think this is true your telling them all the details so they have the account on file.. but i dont think this is "authorizing" any payments or transactions..
maybe you should think before you talk, Paypal can and will send you to a debt recovery place for any amount over $50USD -- how does it hurt them, if you don/'t pay oh well they write it off, if you do pay it they get % of their money back.. Instead of going around with your flaming comments how about you do a little research first. (How do I know? I just paid off a debt collector who was after $90 paypal overdraft from 2006 on an old account I stopped using when I got divorced)
What happen now?do you pay? what action Paypal charge on you? Seems like I am facing the same problem like you right now..
