Hi guys, i have a negative balance on my paypal account from selling a Xbox Live Code to some guy in EU, he chose to not want it and i declined his refund as he may have used the code already. From there i have a negative balance of just £21.81 , to resolve my account i ssent a money postal order with the correct enclosed amount to make my account possitive by adding the funds. Paypal told me that it will take some time to add on. i tracked the package with Royal mail and it shows it was received. 3 weeks! later - i contact paypal and say it still hasnt added up , i received a phone call from a telepest number known to be from iqor debt recover people known to be fake and scammers etc.. i didnt answer as the call showed as barred ? i sent paypal the money , i cant send anymore as i need the money but should i ignore future emails saying "solve balance etc.." i contacted paypal saying i sent postal order many weeks ago, included my reference number aswell for the package. - im awaitin their reply. thanks so much guys
At first I am really sorry to hear your story with paypal. I would suggest you to directly call your account manager and solve this issue as soon as possible. Try to call their toll-free numbers from skype and get it resolved. If you are serious and want to use your paypal account in future transactions, then you will have to resolve this issue. If you are not serious and are done with selling online or with paypal services, then no need to respond anyone, just forget it. If its not resolved you might end up in spending your time and money.
