Paypal negative balance pay it later?

    I want to buy something for $69 but I only have $20. Can I just buy the item and then pay paypal the negative balance later? How long can I have a negative balance for? What if i don't pay the negative balance?

    You can't purchase using paypal with insufficient funds.

    This and if you did you'd have them phoning you and treating legal action I had it over $10 before (client disputed and got money back ages ago).

    You can not pay with paypal unless you have the ammount in your account or if you have it use an echeck/instant bank transfer/credit card orhterwise you can not use it to pay for something without sufficient funds. I have also had them calling me over a negative balance they called multiple times a day until it was fixed. Tehy do have a pay later option atleast for us customers but you have to fill out a credit application and get approved it is like a credit card for paypal.
