PayPal negative balance........killing

I opened a PP account with indonesia as a country and fake info. (But I used my real ip address to create and access it) and somehow it is limited and has a negative balance of -$86 in it and now they are sending me emails after every 5 days to add funds to it.......

and then I opened a new PP account and again it got limited (they say they their system requires verification)...........

Till now I opened around 16 PP accounts (all of them got limited with around $130 in them in total) and One PP account has a negative balance of -$86

Can PayPal do a lawsuit against me?
can they take me to a court for -$86?
can they instrust theit NCO to force me to pay $86?

I am from India..........

Please help...

Just forget about it. You apparently know that you were doing something wrong with you signed up using fake information and every step you take you dig a deeper grave for yourself.

I don't think paypal will waste time on you by dragging you to Court for $86 but they will certainly keep limiting your account each and every time.

Basically, you are not allowed to use fake information, you are not supposed to have a negative balance and you are not supposed to have more than 2 paypal accounts (1 personal + 1 premier/business).

I hope that you learn your lesson because in the real world compliance to contractual terms is very important.

AFAIK Paypal dosent allow more than 2 /person
You will not be able to remove the limitation cause you have created accounts with fake addresses hence you cant provide them any address proof

you will loose all the money in those accounts

 

o my god.... why do you have to do this? see what happen to your paypal accounts... now move on to your life and forget about the past.... this time make sure you use your real info and all legal stuff like vaild CC.... and as soon as you will open a new account on your real info, you will get limited... so before you open a account just scan your driver lic., phone bills and credit card statement.... so that you can remove the limits from your paypal as soon as you get it.... and please dont abuse PayPal....

 

This is why PayPal are closing so many accounts. If you are not meant to open an account - please done!

 

Do not use Fake information , this is why your account got limited many times..

Will paypal trace my ip and then tell his partner, NCO to caught me? (I have a negative balance of -$86)

yep 16 accounts are not a good idea. That's the very big mistake from you.

 

Well, only paypal will know that. You might want to ask them about that.

Incidentally, if they find you out, just return the money and clear your conscience. Better still, contact paypal and tell them how you can return the money.

 

This is a correct statement I've got a deep knowledge of this and you're screwed for life out of Paypal unless you change your name+details etc.. Enjoy your life ban.

I seriously don't understand that, when paypal supports your country, why did you open a paypal account for Indonesia.
You could have opened a paypal account with all your real information.

Next time, use your real information.

 

Sounds to me like you are a scammer who opens accounts and steals from people and paypal and moves on. I hope they track you down and make a good example of you! You are the type of people that have caused probelms for honest people using paypal.

 

yes i agree with you..... only a scammer will open a account with fake info and so many accounts... a good person dont have to hide himself behind too many accounts.... one is enough for him.... so yes he is 100% scammer..... no doubt about it.... but sadly paypal dont do anything to peoples like him.... and they get away only by getting there accounts closed... but still they can open as many new accounts they want under all fake infos... its just so easy for them....

 

Nothing is gonna happen man,they will send u such emails for few more days,enjoy.

 

I seriously do wish though that paypal will go ahead and take some concrete action in this regard.Your 16 fake accounts may have to contributed to double the amount of perfectly legitimate accounts limited in the long run.

 

Yea...I think paypal will go after you - they usually contact the FBI in these cases, so someone could come to your house in India (someone like James Bourne) and seriously kick your ass.
