    Hahahaha!

Who said if you don't pay it PayPal will sue?

It's pretty obvious PayPal aren't going to sue you over $140, don't worry about it mate.

Thanks a lot guys, I'm calmed down now because of the following facts.

1)PayPal won't sue me or my parents for 140$, they won't pay 2000$ for each flight to come here

    2) in the middle east, there's no small claims court, and no court here would accept a law suit for 140$, because a lawyer here costs way more than that

    3) I read around and I read about people in the US who nothing happend to them for larger ammounts, like 700$.

you can just live your account doing nothing, but if you like to continue using your paypal account, you should pay them or work hard for it so that you won't get negative and paypal will limited your account once its negative for 3-5 days.

Dont pay that....and send them your correspodantion with the guy to who you sold Game Master (or however is its name) and explain to Paypal that you delivered what you sold to him, and that he is a scam who reported "unauthorized payment" or whatever he is done, and ASK PAYPAL TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK! Yes, you ask them for refund!
I hate Paypal....one scam scammed me for $300 (and he is also on this forum) and Paypal dont want to give that amount back to me althouhg i sent them all proofs that i was scammed and that wasnt "unauthorized payment" like scam was reported. Anyway, i am going further about that issue, but not with help of Paypal. I had lucky then that i had money on account so i were in plus either after that.

So ask them to refund you, and dont be crazy to pay them anything as its not your fault.

I live in india and have a negative balance of $400 in paypal since two days because of a guy who scmmed me and filed a dispute:(. My paypal account became limited. I immediately changed all the details in the paypal account. But i had two indian bank accounts linked with that account which cant be removed or edited due to the limited access of my paypal account.
Will paypal take information like my home address or phone number from those bank accounts?
Can paypal do anything to me or can collect the money with a debt collection agency? I'm really scared about this issue and a lil' bit frustrated.
    Please anyone suggest me something:(

I've heard that paypal only takes further action if the user is in US only. Is this true? I live in India. Also paypal will still send many emails saying to add funds to our account. After a while, paypal will lock our account. So after that, will there be any problem?

Wow, i am shocked to some of of the peoples comments regarding this issue. If you owe a company money the right thing to do would to pay them off in due time, not rip them off. Just because you are having some issues does not mean the middle man needs to be ripped off here. If you owe Paypal money, then they will simply send the amount oweing to collection and yes they will report this on your credit in due time.
