    Hi , i have problem with paypal my balance negative -10000$ And i dont have money to repay , i am living on belguim without papiers i come from africa to my famliy here in belguim . I verified my paypal with virtuel creditcard and adresse my family here in belguim after i edit my name with paint in aprove adresse , so paypal have only my passport africa and adresse my family and phone number , what paypal can do with me if i didnt repay ? Help tank you.

    Sameone send the 10k from company paypal account and i give him bitcoin and he back his money from paypal and rip me .

    They can take you to court for this, not sure how you could overdrawn an account by so much money. PayPal is very selective and could ban you from using PayPal forever, If I was you I would call and talk with them about the matter, maybe their collections company can put you on payment plans but I doubt it your account would be alright after that.

    A tough lesson in vetting who you do business with.
    I'm guessing you are young and you really don't need these hassles but if PayPal decide to pursue the debt they will. Some of these big companies are prepared to pay much more than $10k to make a loud statement that they won't be shafted.

    Lately we seem to have one of these threads every week. You need to wake up, it's a faceless organisation that has a responsibility to its investors and to its employees to be a viable business. They can't be viable if they go all gooey over every kid who gets scammed. It's not very nice but you can't afford to be tainted by this for the rest of your life so do the right thing... and while you are at it create an online paper trail to disgrace the friend who ripped you off.

    How did it become -$10k? You say that he paid you $10k and you gave him bitcoin. But since the payment is reversed/refunded, the balance should be $0 not -$10,000. No?

    Have you withdrawn the paypal and spent the money? Yes?

    you got scammed now you have to worried about it.In EU law easy to get all info from GOVT.Paypal can send a notice to your home.
