Hello all. My paypal account was limited because i think i tried to use a expired card our tried to add funds to my account when i cant do it (its a long/really dumb story so i just put this info). So i e-mailed a few days ago them saying that i could justify anything that was wrong but i only received an automatic response. Do they really get/read my e-mail or i will only get that automatic e-mail? (I used the "contact us" link in my account.) Is there any other way to contact them (not by phone)? I hate the paypal website lol. And they e-mail says: "To return your account to regular standing, please complete the checklist items indicated when you login to your account and click on the link provided on the 'Account Overview' page. The link will appear as: Click to Resolve or Check Status. Once you complete all of the checklist items, our Account Review team will review your case and send you an email with the outcome of the review. Cases are reviewed in the order they are received." I dont see any cheklist?? I only see the user agreement... I dont get it... Thanks for your help.
I see you don't want to contact them by phone, but it really is the best way. Their customer support people are the most helpful you'll find anywhere, I really like them. Try it.
