Buying Paypal: Need to hire someone for a small Data Cleaning task in MS Excel

    I have an Excel Spread sheet with 2 sheets
    61 rows each
    total of 120 rows
    Around 65 columns

    There are certain columns that I need converted, standardized or modified.
    I'll povide column number and instruction.

    Person needs to be able to complete this within 2-3 hours from time of hire.
    Please post your fee for entire task and how long it will take
