PayPal Monthly Withdrawal Limit (Indian accounts)

    Again today Paypal showing Withdrawal limit problem.
    My actual withdrawal limit was $2500. I withdrawn $2000 on 20 Sep 07. (Balance was $500)

    Now even on 21 Oct 07 it shows the same withdrawal limit $500 !!!

    Not properly updated !! I'm unable to withdraw my funds above $500 !!

    Anybody having same issues?

    Why do the India and Paki's have such issues on this?

    I mean all of PayPal's customer service calls are answered there.
