Bug PayPal linking account

    I have already linked my paypal account but i still cannot add sites.

    Where are you trying to add sites?

    What type of PayPal account do you have? Personel?, Business?, Premier?

    Today linking worked for me and I got a message saying I linked it successfully, but when I refresh the links page or navigate back, it is again marked as unlinked. Very frustrating:
    "Your PayPal account does not appear to be linked."

    It happens over and over nad I can't link it permanently.
