    Have you tried contacting PayPal?
    You don't need a separate "electronic banking", there is a feature in PayPal to store your credit card for purchases using your PayPal account.

    Yas, I use Payoneer credit card But Paypal Not Accepte.
    Now , I Want an other service to get credit card for free or paying , and paypal accepte it.
