paypal limits

not sure. but i reuploaded my files again today. yday it says it was already in progress then went waiting foryour response.. so i uploaded theme again and now it says in progress again.

 

I have the same problem.

i transfered funds to my debit card and after 7 days of waiting the Withdraw was canceled and i got my account limited and they are asking for Utility Bill (Proof of Address) i already did uploaded the documents and i hope they will attend to my case ASAP coz i cant receive funds or withdraw money.

 

it seems paypal have problems with withdraw to visa cards. Before this things happen to me i withdraw $$ to my visa card but it is still pending.Is this mean that when limit is restored pending will go to completed or is because of paypal visa cards withdraw problems?

 

i had 2 pending withdrawals on my visa card too before they limit my account and then i made another withdrawal to my bank since they're not processing my visa withdrawals.. so i have 2 pending visa card withdrawal and 1 bank withdrawal request, after few minutes they limited my account and asked for verification. i already did uploaded the info they needed sooo many times >.< and oh, they cancelled my 2 visa withdrawal too! charged me $5 on each transaction = $10 cancellation fee! ARGH/.

 

So..did your problems resolve mate?

I heard Visa had a brokedown system since last 2 weeks

It cause big problems to all users

I dont know whether it is true

Just pray that all the tranactions will be safe in the future

and yeah, there are still tons of pending withdrawals to visa card

 

paypal sucks for sure. I'm being reviewed for more than 2 weeks. I sent all data I HAVE available. since I don't have utility bill (not gsm bill), they continue to bug me about that and refuse to lift that limit.
Even they said I can receive money, I CAN'T. I'm gonna close my account on PP. I prefer direct CC payment.

VISA withdrawal problems still not been solved yet

Just wait for their immediate action

They usually process within 24 hours...... maybe you should contact them by phone, i always got a good service on the phone with them.

I write 3 times to paypal about this...but no responce..I was thinking to talk with them on phone but I'm afraid that we can't make good conversation because of my bad english.
So now i don't know what to do.Just to wait or?!!..My documents are in progress from 10 days even more.
If i receive any $$$..what about them..Will made withdrawn but i'm afraid that i can't get them too because of "pending".(

Btw, the pending of Credit card withdrawal was due to the upgrading system

Maybe it takes time

It seems they are not replying to your mail

maybe they still in progress of solving the problems

Just be patient mate...maybe it takes time but your money will be safe

i was having the same problem last week but the paypal solve it in less than 24 hours. all you have to do is to send all the files that they are needed and call them. and please tell them to send priority to your problem to there specialist and wait for an hours and then your problem will be solve.
