paypal limiting many accounts today ????

hey a question,

is using fake info, EG i live in CA, but i register US account with fake US address.
is this illegal or just against the PP TOS, and it's still legal to do so?

is fake IP to trick pp is illegal also ?

 

Of course, it is entirely illegal. Do you think it is legal to lie and all that ?

Try doing the same when you apply for a job or take up a loan at the bank and see what happens.

The Paypal Agreement which you signed up states that you need to provide real information.

So far so good I haven't been limited yet. But all my information there is legit so if I was ever limited I can provide proof of documents.

i was asking them for over a month and just yesterday they agreed to pay me after i called them

later i got " Unfortunately, your request has been denied. " (bcoz my paypal limited)

they ruined it !

Guys, Its Not that i use fake info, mine is 100% real.. and now they want me to add a Bank Account and docs to verify

i dont have a bank account so i need to shell out lot of money to get one(minimum Deposit)

 

The thing I don't understand is how one does not have a bank account and yet have a credit card to verify your paypal account. I always thought that a bank would not issue a credit card if you have some means of paying them. This would usually mean that you would need some kind of income.

Do people still keep money under their pillow because I always believe that in any civilized country, one would have a bank account to deposit salary and savings in. I thought that keeping all your money in the home is quite unsafe.

I guess I really have a lot to learn about the world.

Even so, with the earnings you earn from Paypal, you need a bank account to withdraw the earnings or even to deposit the checks to.

How were you able to obtain a credit card to get your paypal account verified without a bank account ?

 

i havnt withdrawn any money, i used to spend them on buying domains and websites

no i didnt use real credit card..

 

Ah that is a very good reason to get your account limited. Rules are rules and fake just don't cut it.

This is would really be a contradiction to what you said above.

 

ok this is not my 'help me' thread , i just asked everyone about the limitation of paypal accounts on that day as two of my friends also suffered the same on the exact day..

back to your question ,if it is a problem with my added cc they would have asked me about it , not like... recent activity add your bank account and submit your docs

 

don't understand the reason... any1 can explain plz..
