Hi, I have a paypal verified account, but never use for receive and send money. I earn about $1400 and send to paypal (when I write this thread, the money is not sent yet). What is paypal limited and how can avoid this? Don't laugh on me, I am so afraid loosing my paypal even no money in it.. Also, if paypal close someone's paypal, can they register again using the same address and cc info?
If your paypal limited,you need to sent all the document requested by them such as ID. PP will not close your account unless you break it rules many times.
Means your account is frozen Just obey their rules. I think Paypal only limit or freeze your account if you don't ask them to close ur paypal
Paypal is very very strict in fraud they can do whatever they like they too frozen by accounts, sometimes i really feel very very bad for paypal rules and regulations.
Why don't you submit all details that they asked from you side? If you can do it, they will remove limitation. Good luck Blog.

Well, if you are going to use PayPal for 1st time and that too for a big amount of $1400 then better call PayPal once. And also keep your documents ready if they limit your account, so that you can remove your limitations ! - Digital -
The sole intestion of limiting account is to provide safety to the legi customers as there are so many scammers availalbe now a days. so dont worry and provide the documents they want. Everything will be all right.
I had experienced things such as you. you must send all documents about you to the admin paypal account so that your account is not limited anymore
