Paypal limited

The last month I have been having trouble with paypal.
They limited my account for the following reason: '7 Aug. 2009: Unusual account activity has made it necessary to limit account access until additional verification information can be collected.'
Before this I had something like 'You account might have been accessed by 3rd party', which has never happened.
I don't have a lot of traffic on paypal, just sometimes freelance, transfer to bank account and purchases of games.

The first limitation I was able to lift, by doing the actions and sending in my Passport, but this time 'This limitation cannot be appealed.'.
Can anyone help me? And has anyone had anything like this before?

Another thing I found rather strange, that paypal sent me a mail with no sender: http://www.imged.org/83/8d24795c91e695a0862bbecb2f619078.png and this email is real.

Have you scanned your PC for viruses or key loggers?

Phone PayPal and ask them what you can do to restore your account.

    Thanks Brian

It has nothing to do with my computer, it's paypal who limited my account for the strangest reason.

I was on vacation this month, and logged into paypal twice on a different PC, they found that probably suspicious and understandable, but now, 'Unusual activity'?!
Just look at my recent payments: http://www.imged.org/83/58f56bc6ccdd00efd839d6188d7c5429.png Is that unusual?

I'm going to call them now, I'm becoming crazy...why this limit.

Hehe, simple explanation: you were on a vacation, probably in another country, so that your IP was different. Gaypal thinks this is "suspicious", give them a call and be aggressive and act all mad, and you will get your account back.

OK, true, but I did already solve that...or is this '7 Aug. 2009: Unusual account activity has made it necessary to limit account access until additional verification information can be collected.' the same thing...?

I think you need to call paypal and explain your situation, i have had many problems like this but eventually i got them resolved, if one rep tells you no, just call again and another one will tell you something different. This happened to me in a dispute where some support people would tell me it could be solved in my favor and some told me it could not be solved in my favor. so just keep trying :)

If you still have access to your account and you don't see any unauthorized transactions i would not worry about a phisher or hacker accessing your account. although it is possible but does not seem to be what is causing this.

The two main reasons this could happen, is if you used a different computer to access your account as well as ip address you used on vacation.

The other reason is the amount of money being transferred. If you have one transaction much larger than your others, that would be "suspicious activity". Could be that $100,00 USD payment.

Also if you have a keylogger or some malicious program on your PC, someone may have attempted to access your account.

I just hope they can do a last EST for me with my remaining money :(

So..what are the alternatives now, services that are legal to be under 18 and allows a bank account of The Netherlands?
