PayPal Limited - Underage HELP!!

well, all the bills are under my moms name.. i can edit but than they might check.. and i dont want to get arrested for "fraud"

 

You too?? Most of the bills are in name of my dad's company here (Electricity, water etc.)

 

If you tell them that Utility bill is registered on ur parents name perhaps it will be ok

 

no, onetwothree, they said it needs to be under your name.. i called..told them its under my wifey's name..

 

Do one thing dude..... Get your Electricity Bill or Telephone Bill and photoshop it to your name. Print out that thing and then scan it. It'll look original and you're outta problem in 1-2 days time Happy Crappy !!!

All I did was submit my mobile bill (my number was registered under my mom's name though)...
