Paypal Limited questions

Hello guys, I have some issues I wanna sort out.
I constantly receive money to my Paypal account as from family or friends. I have heard that this can lead to lifetime limitation - they will freeze my money for 180 days, after which I will be able to withdraw them and after that my account will become unavailable to use.
Is it true? They can limit it like this just because I get money from family and friends?
My account is Premier and verified, I just send documents to lift up yearly limits (there will be no limits).
    Thank you for your help!

I wouldn't imagine there's any problem with receiving personal payments. Just remember if you're dealing with customers and taking business payments but passing them off as personal ones, neither of you are protected in the case of anything scammy happening.

Money are completely legal and 'clean', the thing is, I buy them from people in my country usually with a rate which usually is from -0,1 to -0,12 from the day rate and then I just withdraw them.
And I have heard many stories from ppl who got limited because they received constantly kind of big amounts of money (let's say 500€) as from family and friends.
