    The best method for getting your PayPal account UNlimited (unbanned) is posted here: How to un-ban your PayPal .. this technique (or some variation) has helped hundreds of people, and you can do it all yourself with just a few minutes of effort.

    Well lets hope that you dont need it! The percentage of people that get raped by Paypal is very low - just guessing, but probably less than 1 out of 10,000 members.. But, when it's YOU that wins the reverse-lotto, it sucks :-(
