Paypal limited..not able to attach files:(

    hey,
    My personal paypal account is limited they asked me to give address proof,i tried to upload my electricity bill and also bank statement,error came as file is too large so i cropped it again now its says invalid format of file,how to change the file in to .jpg or .png format?I don't:confused:know.
    help me please.

    Hi the process is simple open those file in paint and then saveas with saveastype jpeg and you are done

    Its easy.. NO need to crop the image.

    Just compress it a little bit and the size will automatically decrease.

    You can use Microsoft Picture Manger. Its easy to use. :):rolleyes:
