Paypal Limited my Paypal account Permanently for not using Paypal account

Today,I got email from Paypal account saying that my Paypal account was limited for not using it.I have one bank verified Paypal account which I stopped using 2-3 months back as I opened a new CC Verified Paypal account and I was using CC verified Paypal account normally and today also I am using CC verified Paypal account.

When i logged in to Paypal account,in resolution center,thwy said to provide me Address Proof and Confirm Credit Card.So i sent them Address Proof and I called them and explained them everything they want and the Limitation specialist said that they cant lift limitations because This Paypal account had issues with my previous Paypal account which as limited permanently last year.

Is there any way I can get Paypal account.Anyones help will be appreciated.

I'm not an expert but I think it would be hard. You could probably create a fake one with a proxy and a virtual credit card but as I said, I'm no expert.

 

so your CC verified paypal is limited or your old account?

 

If your PayPal a/c is permanently limited and if your appeal is denied at PayPal , then no one can help you to resolve it.

 

I am sorry.Maybe you can try create another paypal account use your parents name

 

Create new Paypal ID.....& Verify it again and start using it!
