    Call paypal and tell them that u verified ur PP with VCC,they will restore ur account in 1-2 days.

    are you sure about that getjimmy? that a simple call will be enough to remove the limitation? I dont think so.

    Anyone know how much does it cost to make a call to US from India? I have to call PayPal and tell them that i used a VCC to verify that is why i can't provide statement of the VCC.

    Anyone know the rates?
