Paypal limited my account

My account has been limited by Paypal after I received 4 payments (3 from the same sender) which they complained to Paypal about.

I don't know these people nor why they sent me money and my account has been limited with 7 days to comply with Paypal's wishes to further verify my account.

I'm just wondering, if I don't comply what will happen? Will I be banned from Paypal for life?! I've e-mailed them with my situation and they're yet to respond.

Also, I'm 15 so I can't send them a utility bill with my name on it...??

What do I do? I'm practically accused of fraud, so what is the next step??

LOL did they say that those ppl complained?

My paypal account was limited wen sumone from dif ip adress haxed into it and tried to send money. Paypal stopped but it took 1 and half month to get it back.

I also did not have any utility bill but I had just signed up for the Aussie election so I sent them that form and a bank account form.

    That got it unblocked.

As you are in dif situation ur screwed :p no but seriously show paypal wat ur selling. If they allow it they will release funds to u if not they will refund money.

    Goog luk!!!

doubt it. Issue will have to be resolved and by sending money back paypal still has the possibility of getting another complaint. U may be in for a few weeks wait for even an answer :p

Mate, there must be another reason. as far as i am concerned...
they must have send you an e-mail regarding why the paypal is been limited.

as you are saying complained.... i think someone send you a fraudlent funds.

I'm sorry I don't want to be negative but seeing as you're not legally allowed to open a PayPal account yet (according to PayPal TOS: our Service is not available to minors (under 18) ), I'm not sure you have a recourse.

    Is your account, btw, verified?

I never have trouble.. well that isn't true.. but when I have trouble I just talk to them. You have to imagine they have a tough job listening to everyones problems. Once money is involved.. the world falls apart. They aren't trying to be crooks.. they're trying to make the right decision. If they were extremely dishonest they'd be shut down in a heartbeat.

    Agreed.

the reason that they limited you because of the transactions you made with the same person 3 times..i bet the sender sent you the money like a minute apart?fyi, this is a red flag..also,if u tried withdrawing it right away, thats a red flag..the only chance you'll get your money back is after 180 days (if your lucky coz sometimes they limit it more)..btw,did u sell anything?if u did, better ask the buyer to dispute it so they can get the money back..also,the kind of paypal account you have matters..pm me if u need more answers..im kinda an expert at this.. :)

Have you tried calling them, instead of waiting for an email reply? You'll get more information if you call.
