Paypal limited my account

    I am from India, using a fake paypal Philippines account. Paypal have limited my account today. It has about $20 . Please help/guide me/

    Is there anyway I can restore it. I am concerened about the email not the amount as it is my bussiness one. Since I am from India I cannot hold monry ito paypal account and INR-USD conversion eats up alll of my profit

    what they telling about limitation .. they may ask utility bill id card ect. if not contact them and ask what proof you have to provide to restore it

    If you just care about the email, I guess it can be restored after you close the account. I found a video on YouTube about closing a PayPal account while it is limited. It seems to work for some people. It won't hurt to try. Here's the link:
