Paypal will not automatically transfer the funds to your bank account after 180 days... but they would surely give you a reminder e-mail for the same so that YOU can do the withdrawal... at your convenience!

You could always show documents of your domicile/address verification and other such documents to remove the limitation of your a/c. Isn't that better than waiting 180 days?

It's to prevent fraud, if you can proof no fraud involved by providing documents, address verification etc. you can access your money when everything clears, if I'm correct.

I have the following problem: I wanted a confirmed address, but I'm from out of the US. So I didn't verify my account with a bank account. Now I added my CC with a shipping address in the US. After 2 or 3 days I get the message that my account is limited. I think because of the phone number I used. Now they want to verify my billing address (the shipping address I used) with my phone number. I don't want this account anymore, so I want to close it down.

When I go to the resolution center to resolve the problem...it asks me to ADD CC/debit card....when doing so and entering the shipping address..it says my CC is already linked to the Paypal account.

I need to make a payment (I am only a buyer, not a seller of goods) so I need to add my CC to another Paypal account, but if my account is limited I can't do so.

    Please help me guys!!!!
