Right! Manytimes Calling and talking to them solves the problem quickly! Since they have chance to authorize us! So calling i better that a ton of mails to support team!
May be its easy to solve if you're account is clean! If they found something messes then it may take weeks!
That was my experience too. I wasn't rude, but I was pretty firm with them when they tried to justify the hold they placed on my account (which was over 5 years old at the time) and they backed off pretty quick and apologized and lifted the hold. Haven't had any problems since.
Me, too... Experience this "Limited Account". Usually paypal will ask you to do a series of tasks in order to validate that it is really you. I have experience this twice already and they usually ask me to change my password to a more complex one. Once all the task are finished, an email will be sent to you that your "Limited Account" status is lifted. Takes usually a day or two for this to take effect. Just read what paypal wants you to do, if you are requested to re-submit some documents, do so.
Send your document and wait 2-7 working days. After 7 working your account is still limited, please mailing or calling paypal..
Paypal also limited my account and asking for proofs. So i uploaded and sended documents to Paypal and they lifted my limitations within 24 hours. So paypal works fine for me.
my account was limited several times.. and I lost a lot of money because of paypal. So take care with paypal.. as you may know there are a lot of horror stories online about them
