PayPal limited my account access-Please help

    Hi guys,
    I will try briefly to inform you about my problem.
    My credit card, linked to my paypal, expired on SEP 12,2010
    I wasn't able to apply for a new one and link it to my paypal right away ( and it takes some time after all) .

    So,check out what I found when I logged in few days ago :

    " Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

    •Sep 20, 2010: We have reason to believe that your account was accessed by a third party. We have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features in case your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party. We understand that having limited access can be an inconvenience, but protecting your account is our primary concern. "...... and other bullshits.

    OK. I did everything they told me to :
    1. Changed my password - SEP 28, 2010
    2. Changed my security questions - SEP 28, 2010
    3. On SEP 28, 2010 I add the new card and started to wait the conformation code. (they gave me an option to choose between proof of address,bills and Credit/debit card proof of ownership)

    I got the code in my bank statement yesterday, OCT 13, 2010
    I did everything they wanted and still my account is limited.

    How long I must wait and will they give me back the full access to MY MONEY ?

    Just give them a phone call and let them know of everything. That way you can remove limitations from your pp account quickly.

    sometimes above all stuffs ur account may be limited.These are for security measures

    Thank you guys for your answers and advices. 2 hours ago GayPal restored my full account access.
    But the INCONVENIENCE was huge. They do not have the moral right to make people feel like thiefs or something like that.
    If it is possible try to avoid their service- you won't regret. Yes, you can lose some customers, but it is better that way, believe me. Don't keep all your money in your PP account- some day you can get a heart attack.
