Paypal limited for using vpn

    I accidently logged in to my paypal while using a VPN connection ,

    Account got limited 10 minutes after logged in with the vpn. Anyway to get it back without submitting a driver's lisence or so ?

    Anyway I was pretty lucky that I sent my uncle $500 last week , There was only about $55 or something like that .

    Is it possible to refund people or not ? If they charged disputes will they be refunded ?

    No ,I'm Egyptian but I live in in France .

    Account limited for using a vpn connection , I.E I logged in with a UK ip :S

    Paypal Rocks !! My account got restored back without submitting any documents .. I just contacted them !! :)
