Paypal limited Can Still able to remove bank and credit?

    As topic: my account is limited, seems like paypal isn't restoring it saying parting ways. Can't seem to remove my bank or credit from it anyone know how.

    You cannot remove your Credit Card and/or Bank Account.

    If they part ways that means they do not want to work with you again. Happens to a lot of people.
