Is this for real? I got a paypal account with some $200 in it. It was limited because I failed to verify my credit card account because I'm using the account in behalf of my friend in Canada. I'm living in a non-Paypal country. I just opened a new paypal account under the name of my friend who's living in Hongkong, is it possible to transfer my money in my old frozen account to my new account? But I don't think it will be possible since the two paypal account I have is under two different names.
Are you living in USA? If not, why add an US bank account to paypal when you've signed up & logging in from another country? Wouldn't that very suspicious to you?
That's the reason why my first account is limited, I haven't added any account in there. I originally I let my Canadian friend open an account for me. But ever since I opened my account and acceppted payments, we lost touch of each other. Consequently my account was frozen because it was never verified, but still my money is on that Paypal. After some time, I logged in and it reads "This limitation cannot be appealed". Does that mean even if I have updated my profile with credit card details and all, I still wont get my money?
NO, I'm not in USA. I tried to open etrade bank account add it to pp, I think everything ok. I using AOL browser to login pp, ip in usa... maybe I'll try other service... pp is not secure, hacker can use stolen card and pay...
Yeah I know, life is sooo damn good. I tried contacting them through e-mail but I keep having pre-made answers.
"I'm Chinese from Viet-Nam, opened a US Payal account, tried to verify it, Paypal banned me, why?" lol Ironic. Asians are too naive, they discover the web. Welcome to the WWW.
