paypal limited account temporary and threat to close my account

    i use paypal of france as my country not supported by paypal

    after i got money to paypal they limited my account and asked me to provid them info

    i logged to my account from different ip now they threat to close my account if not i resolve that problem


    if they terminate my account how i can get my money from there?

    or paypal will take it?

    i cant provid them info id card and address proof coz im not resedent of france

    any solution please?

    Call Paypal and try to explain what they are asking.I think thats only option to get your money.

    thanks for resposne but i dont think that is solution if i call them i only speak to robot not real person

    also will ask me to complet information necissary and im unable to do so

    if tell them im not resedent of france and use paypal france the ywill close my account and take all money

    Send your money to someone else that can withdraw it for you.

    I guess it is the end of road for OP... as his account is sure to stay limited forever. He would lose his money as well, as after 180 days period, he would have the option to withdraw funds only to his name bearing bank account... in a supported country! :(

    Paypal always do not respond by robot. I talked to live support lots of time, and they speak me in minutes. So, Better call them. if you got limited forever, then you can withdraw cash after 6 months.

    paypal USA always is answered by someone, if you follow the IVR and just say AGENT. It will transfer you to an agent and tell them exactly in clear words, cause from what i see you are sure to loose money and paypal account fore ever too. And you say the paypal account is not even in your name, which gives them a huge red flag.

    Refund the funds and ask your clients to send it again through a different channel. Did you really think you could open a paypal account using a fake address and get away with it? You violated their terms and I don't think you'll be able to get your account reinstated.
