Guys, please give me answer to my question, I am really very afraid and helpless now. I will explain what is whole thing about. I had two paypal accounts, one in the name of my mother and one in the name of mine, which was my primary account. I earn money by selling links and blogposts on the websites, but i am not the owner of any websites. In the Jan 2010, as my account was not verified, i had limits to send and recieve payments. So i needed to open an account in HDFC bank, which took around 10 days. By the time my account was not able to send or recieve money, as limits were over(500$ sending and recieving limits) Hence I used my mother's account and made the transactions and deals from it. Once i opened my bank account, i verified my primary account and the limits were lifted. Hence now I was going to use my primary account , i transferred all the money from my mother's account which was made as personal payment. but now they are asking for the invoices and more details about the transaction which was transferring money from my mother account to mine. how can i give any details (invoice or anything), where i don't have any, as i purposefully made the personal payment, just because i was not going to use my mother's account any more. What details should I give the paypal and how can i explain them? Any advices will be helpful and really appreciated, on the contrary I am also ready to refund the money back to my mother account if they ask me to do as it was personal payment. Please Please Please get me a way, i will do anything you ask.... HELP ME GUYS
@simplyjo Try uploading screenshots of the documents and through the paypal E-Mail Us link try to contact them and ask them for a mail ID to send all the relevant documents @ nnsjw702 According to PayPal your transactions are personal only. But you have to prove otherwise. Just imagine you Mother to be a business person buying links from you and provide proofs. Anyhow you have to prove that it is non-personal payment. Take up some E-Mail correspondences between you and another buyer and some reports and stuffs and state that those belong to this buyers account.
Nothing to do with these emails. It will not be delivered and will come back to your inbox saying sending failed
