If your account is limited and you complete ALL the steps they ask you. Do they have to restore your account or will they be like we cannot restore? I currently completed all steps waiting for my restoration. They'll restore even if you have -money or no?
Well, if they are satisified with the information, they will lift your account but if the information does not tally or that you failed some internal test, your account may remain limited. From your previous posts, it appears that your account has some suspicious transactions which you claim you did not make, so it probably is best to keep your account limited to prevent more damages to you.
like you said false transactions to other accounts that are assumed to be linked to me. But my account thats verified is at a 0 balance. Positive. Wouldn't it be the best if get restored so i can cancel my paypal account be safer?
ok if its not restored and other accounts still -money their not allowed to go in my verified account and withdrew from bank or credit card right? i'll never give them permission. So worse can happen is collection agency? ps. has anyone went to jail for doing shit with paypal?
Well, this is a civil case so you will probably not go to jail for it. However, the collection agency can make your life difficult. They could take you to court to make you a bankrupt if you refuse to pay and cease your properties to pay up the debt. But at least you will still stand for your rights and beliefs. Best thing to do now is to be willing to work with Paypal to resolve the issues. If you were dubbed by those phishing sites, tell them about it.
yep already told paypal about my issue but you havent answered my other question: They will never/ not allowed to auto withdrew credit off my bank or credit card for -money right?
I do not have an answer to that question as it has never happened to me before. I know that if you issue a refund and you do not have sufficient funds, they will take it out of your account but I assume that is with your consent at least in the US but may vary from country to country. Here in Singapore, the company can deduct from my bank account linked to them if I owe them money. I would believe they cannot take the money automatically from your account but I am sure they will send the collection agency to take to recover the money after a reasonable time frame of non-respond from you.
another question can this be considered fraud or something If i sold my game account say steam. The person pays me then he claims i didnt give him it. Or he puts on some unauthorized and he gets his money back and im at -money. What can i do?
