Paypal limited account problem.

    Hello I have the following message when I login to my paypal account:
    Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

# Dec. 10, 2006: Your credit card issuer notified us that a card associated with your account has been reported as lost or stolen, or that there were additional problems with your card. For more information about the problem with your card, please contact your credit card issuer directly
    Code (markup):
    I used VCC(virtual credit card) that my friend gave me , it seems that this CC not registered under my name and thats why Paypal limited me ( Am I right ?)

    My question:
    1. Can I delete this credit card from paypal ?
    2. If I'll add another credit card , the limitation will stop ?
    * the limitation is only for sending money.

    Yes, you can and I recommend you not to wait more time with this issue.

    You can add another card and wait again for the expanded user number, I recommend you to use anonymous virtual credit cards, since there are no name registered and Paypal does verify only the credit card number, not you, ( if you are not based in USA ).
    If you need a anonymous virtual credit card, than I can offer you a solution for sure.
    If you are based in USA than they need the credit card number linked to your personal information.
    If you registered a Paypal account in USA, but you are not based in USA, than they will ask you to provide utility bill and adress verification info.

    2. I'm from ISRAEL , If I buy anonymous virtual credit cards than Paypal won't ask me to send them utility bill ?

    You just need to enter your Paypal account and go to the credit card information stored in your account.
    As long as your account is not "reviewed" or "reported" to them, you will never have to send them unless they ask for it.
    If you add a anonymous virtual credit card it is like that you use your own card number, Paypal does not have any control about this. I have many customers who have verified their Paypal accounts successfully with our cards and Paypal is not asking them anything about.
