Paypal limited account, Please help!

    Hey Folks :D

    In my country, Jordan, pay-pal does not allow me to receive money. Therefore, i guess i won't be able to use the money. Moreover, i registered it as an Israeli account with fake address. How can i upload utility bills that are fake and neat? :(

    paypal is smart enough to catch from which country you are, so they found that you not from country from where you registered paypal, that's why they limited the account.

    It depend on what you mean by limit, do you mean banned or limit :confused:

    My Paypal restricts my recieving limit to 1.7k every 12 month for secruity reasons. I have to manuelly lift it by going account overview -> view Limit -> lift limit

    It says your account is limited you have to provide CC statement + Address proof :S
