Paypal Limited Account Issue. Help Me. Plz... I've no docs with me.

Hi DP users,

Just couple of hrs back

I've added a VCC to verify my paypal..

just few mins back.. they applied LIMITED ACCESS to my account.

I've got nothing with me to show them.. documents and all..

past is over... so., plz guyz.. help me get out of this issue..

plzz...... i'm crying badly i've funds in my ac. wich i made with my 2 months hard work and sleepless nights and i don't want to lose them)

plz tell me or help me .. any tips to get out of this issue..

I also have the same problem, They want a Bank account in US to unlock my funds but i don't have it.

I have same problem, They want photo ID, and proof of address, the thing is im not over 18 and if I give them my photo ID and then find out that I am not 18 then they will probably delete my account, anyone able to help? sorry for hijacking but I have same problem.

Same as my problem, but document i can't provide is invoice and supplier contact info, their reason is unclear....

I've the invoices and supplier contact info... but itz my with client in Texas. I'll hav to ask him and then send the details to paypal.

I've heard that if the user don't respond the resolutions center. The email is sent to them after 180 days with instructions on how to withdraw the fund off the limited paypal ac.

Then I suggest you use ctopay payment gateway.

 

This is true. If your account is limited for any reason. They will hold your payments for 180 days and then you can withdraw your payment to either US Bank Account and if you are in a country that supports withdrawing then to the local country.

yes. i'll be on phone with paypal shortly........ and itz very bad to know that paypal customer service is not 24x7.. so i had to wait for their work hrs.

 

you will make a call? i will do it also, maybe in friday, if there is no good news from paypal....

 

My account was limited since 1 week. But Now, I've got myself ready to handle paypal cc regarding the issue .... so., i'm gonna call them on phone.,
