My Paypal account is limited and they want my bank account number but i don't have it in US, and i am also not a US resident.
I found a site Eternity Pay www. eternitybanking .com
This site provide us a US bank account but they want some of my personal documents.
I don't have any experience about using this type of sites, Anyone use this site before? Or if you have any site which is better than this.

    ok..
after get limited..all dp members do some thing:
    1. start a thread.
    2. then all other memners give some post ...all post is about "crying " for paypal activity.
3.then all members left the thread.

    from my point of view:
    use multiple paypal
when got fund in paypal ..emmidiately use the fund for some thing to buy
also left the account whice exited $1000+ total transaction..

As far as I can make out, there is no use sending documents physically to paypal (as email attachments or through fax), the only solution seems to be contacting them via phone, but I have a doubt whether they will be able to understand my heavily accented voice (like if I say `good day' they might confuse it for `food tray' :D

Strange when I was limited I sent them proof of my address via a photograph of a letter and they verified my account/took the limit off that day.

You can still withdraw funds after 180 days from the date your account got limited.
