    Oh that means you have used fake info at the time of registering :rolleyes: How someone give you copy of a CC statement from spain with your entered CC number and your name on it :confused:

    Yeah, it seems like he has provided fake info and paypal limited his account. And now he wants spain credit card statement to lift the limitation.
