    which country paypal ?

    if its USA/UK/CA/AU .... forget it.. VCC doesnt work..

    any other country.. yeah.. VCC should be fine..

    dude!... if paypal says.. add a CC.... you can add a VCC instead to your indian paypal account.

    now.. after that if paypal says.. send me docs... then you send docs.. to get your account back..

    You need VCC AVS and phone number to confirm location ( if failure paypal will sent mail to your address )

    I guess if the account is limited then you cant verify your account using a VCC. You need a real credit card issued by a Bank itself.

    they wanted a bank account
