PayPal + Limited Access + Placing a Complaint

    Hello,

    First of all, happy new Year to everyone.

    Now, my Paypal Business account has been held on Limited access several times before, and I have submitted the information over and over, the account was released within a day or so.
    This time my account has been held for over 2 weeks now, I have submitted the info, talked to representatives over and over, and still it has not been solved.

    I read online, that by placing a complaint with the FSO might help, I would like some more info on that, such as what website could I use to place the complaint, and so on.

    You may have to sue Paypal in order to get your account back or withdraw your funds.

    Personally, you can talk to someone in Executive Relations and have a much easier time getting your account back. The phone number for Tiffany, the manager of the department at PayPal is (402)935-2238
