    Hi Friends
I have setup my PayPal account some days back. after some days when i logged in to my account i found my account access is limited and they need some documents. i added my bank account and send all the documents asked by PayPal although i am not verified with PayPal because i don't have any credit card. first i my Ration Card, PAN Number and Electricity Bill. then again they want some more documents. i upload copy of PAN Number, Bank Statement, Voter ID card, Driver's Liecence and yesterday i got a mail that my appeal is denied. i have around $100 in my account and i want to withdraw. is there any option? i don't see any.

so i am trying to make another account with my mother's name. can i do that? again my mother don't have any credit card and i just want to transfer my money to bank account. is it necessary to be a verified user to withdraw money? i am thinking of another option. can i transfer my funds to my friend's account? do i need to add bank account to do this? or suppose i want to request a check then do i need to add bank account? by the way i am from India.

    Thanks in advance.

That is strange, Why in the world did PayPal limit your account and didn't release the same even after you had provided the required documents...... By any chance did you receive any fraudulent funds or have you created a duplicate account ?

Since your account is limited, you will not be able to send funds to anyone

no i didn't receive any fraudulent funds and i didn't created any duplicat account but one of my friend opened his account from my PC. so is there any problem with this?

i know i can't send funds with this account but i am asking that what if i setup another account(for future use) with my mother's name and send funds to my friend's account without adding bank account? or may be i add bank account and simply transfer in that bank account?

When Paypal keeps asking for additional documents, many times it's simply to have them on file to block in the future. They are not very forthcoming in telling you they have no plans to release your account. This has happened to many people, just do a search on paypal. At most they can hold your funds for 6 months by law.

oh, man. Paypal very often limits accounts that have been created or managed through the same pc (ip address).
Never provide your pc to your friends for paypal management. BTW, your friend hasn't got his account limited?

As for the second account, you're able to create it on a different name - it's legal.
But you should prepare for another limitation then, so keep ready all the documents for verification of your new account.

The best thing to do is to call them and explain them your situation.
Or else why cant you have credit card? apply for it, its a must for paypal.

You can give it a try, but I think second one will be limited as soon as the funds will be on it.
So, I highly recommend you to contact PayPal again.

Such type of answer like you've written seems unprofessional for PayPal. Usually they tell you the reason for limitation or impossibility to raise the limits.

Ask to connect you with upper manager, administrator or something and got a correct answer from him.
I had problems with support of one bank, that were resolved when I talked to administrator.

I'm having the EXACT same problem. I have around 200$ in my account. I can't upload a photo ID (because I'm 15) so my dad agreed to sign up his credit card on to my paypal account to get it all fixed. I think as long as the credit card has the same last name as you do, it will resolve correctly.

Best of luck! PM me if you have any tips or tricks to get the job done faster. I need my funds out!
